swim lessons) to the elite levels (athletes earning NCAA scholarships, state and sectional finalists, and champions)!
JCKW is looking for partners in helping our club grow to meet the Core Objectives of the Vision Statement for USA
Swimming: Build the Base, Promote the Sport, and Achieve Competitive Success.
JCKW makes an effort to keep our member dues among the lowest in the nation so that no child is excluded from
participation for financial reasons. Because of the nature of our sport and our location in respect to other USA
Swimming Programs, a dedicated swimming family often spends a lot just to stay competitive.
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, so all donations are tax-deductible. When you donate to the team
you will receive a form you can use to claim your deduction. We typically begin pursuing new sponsors and making
contacts about renewals in the fall for the upcoming year, and our annual sponsorship list is updated in January of
the new year. Monetary donations qualify sponsors for the levels; donations of goods or services may not reach an
equivalent level on the sponsor listing.
Sponsor donations will be used specifically for the following:
1. Scholarship money for those unable to afford our monthly dues for their children to participate. (Our
scholarships are based on need and our income standards are similar to the YMCA.)
2. Coaches hotel and travel expenses so that our staff does not need to spend from their own pockets.
3. Equipment for training and safety.
4. Gear and travel for team trips to championship meets to ensure maximum participation at our most
competitive events.
5. Team events such as parties and banquets to motivate and reward our dedicated athletes.
*A portion of our sponsor donations will be set aside for the funding of our Senior Team. Our highest achieving
athletes have shown dedication to our program for years. Their work ethic and discipline have earned them some of
the highest honors in the sport, which unfortunately adds to their travel expenses. We would like to help with a
portion of their travel to some of the most competitive meets across the nation.
Our basic philosophy for sponsor relationships follows four distinct goals:
- to develop quality associations over pure quantity.
- to create long-term relationships which will provide maximum benefit to our sport.
- to work with these sponsors to have them include swimming in various promotional programs to maximize the sport’
s exposure to a wide consumer audience.
- to find sponsors who will complement and benefit from the high value system of competitive swimming.
1. Gold Medal Sponsor: Donation of $1000.00
Receives:
-Sponsor Logo on all JCKW Team Gear (t-shirts, etc...)
-Recognition in all advertising as a Gold Medal Sponsor.
-Advertising in all team print material (newsletter, heat sheets, etc…) and on the team website.

-Recognition as a sponsor of any JCKW event held during the sponsored year. (Swim meets, camps and clinics.)
2. Silver Medal Sponsor: Donation of $500.00
Receives:
-Recognition in all advertising as a Silver Medal Sponsor.
-Advertising in all team print material (newsletter, heat sheets, etc…) and on the team website.
